After two editions held in the city of Batié in western Cameroon, the Challenge Fighting Championship returns stronger, more spectacular, and more international. For its third season, Douala hosted a unique show from August 23 to 24, 2025: 12 fights, 12 foreign opponents, in the Japoma Stadium arena. From Cameroon to Africa, including international competitions, the best MMA fighters put on a powerful show.
Douala, Cameroon’s economic capital, vibrated to the rhythm of the third season of the Fighting Challenge Championship from August 23 to 24, 2025. This exceptional event brought together twelve Cameroonian fighters in the ring at the Japoma stadium gymnasium, facing twelve opponents from several countries. These included Ghana, Gabon, Nigeria, Senegal, the DRC, Burkina Faso, Iran, and the United Arab Emirates. Francis Ngannou’s country won ten of the twelve fights.
We give thanks to God. This is what he wanted. We will prepare for other competitions to come.
